エギングしゃくりタイマー ("the App") is a timer app designed to support squid jigging rhythm and timing. The App respects user privacy and, as a basic principle, does not collect, store, or share personal information.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

The App does not collect the following information in a way that is sent externally.

• Personal information such as name, email address, or phone number
• Location information
• Contacts
• Photos, videos, or microphone input data
• Advertising identifiers
• Usage analytics data
• Purchase information

3. Data Handled Within the App

For usability purposes, the following settings may be stored locally on the device.

• Fall time
• Jerk interval
• Repeat count
• Saved preset names and preset settings
• Alert sound settings
• Vibration settings
• Keep-screen-awake setting
• Apple Watch sync settings

All of this information is stored only on the user's device and is never sent to the developer or to any third-party server.

4. Communication

The App is designed primarily as an offline app and normally does not require internet access. However, depending on the operating system or distribution environment, some communication may occur through standard device features, such as when opening external links.

5. Apple Watch Integration

When Apple Watch integration is used, some timer state and settings may be synchronized between a paired iPhone and Apple Watch. This synchronization uses Apple's device-to-device communication features and is not sent to any external server.

6. Sharing with Third Parties

The App does not provide, sell, or share user information with third parties.

7. Children's Use

The App is available for users of all ages, but it does not intentionally collect personal information from children.

8. Security

Settings used by the App are stored on the device. However, the developer cannot completely prevent information exposure caused by device loss, theft, or access by others. Please manage the security of your device appropriately.

9. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be reviewed and revised in response to legal updates or changes to App features. If important changes are made, notice will be provided within the App or on the distribution page when appropriate.
